Outstanding project manager and self-starter who can work independently.Adept at dealing with ambiguous situations.Utmost attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficient with professional communications standards, including writing style guides and corporate communication best practices.Five - eight years of experience working in a related field, with at least two years in corporate communications with constituents in multiple locations.Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, integrated communications, or closely related field.Coordinate with external communications team as appropriate to execute integrated communications.Support the department budget to include managing invoicing and budget tasks.Analyze and measure the effectiveness of communications to demonstrate ROI.Support initiatives that require communications for sensitive topics and/or topics that are highly confidential in nature.
Ensure compliance with established brand and style guidelines.Support the change management process by communicating to build awareness, foster understanding and result in associates taking the desired action for key initiatives.Develop and execute strategic communication plans and content for HR initiatives and other projects.Actively engage with the Director of Internal Communications on department strategy.Works with the Internal Communications team and company leaders to create associate communications that inform and engage, while reflecting our employment brand. The individual in this role will be responsible for enhancing our internal human resources initiatives via all mediums to improve how we connect with our various stakeholders.
